Recent Changes Link on Vaultwiki.org

I was just browsing your site and clicked on the Recent Changes Link from the Special Pages category in your vaultwiki and received the following error:

Fatal error: Call to a member function url_array() on a non-object in /home1/crackede/public_html/vaultwiki.org/vault/factory/special/recentchanges.php on line 147

I get the same error from both of these links.

Works OK on my site.

similar error when visiting

http://www.vaultwiki.org/pages/Special:Wantedcategories and clicking on a link from there.
