Parse Error on Some New Posts
Parse Error on Some New Posts

I'm gettnig a Parse error on some new posts, including discussions on wiki pages, and regular posts:

      Code:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_VARIABLE, expecting '(' in /my/site/public_html/includes/functions_newpost.php(1052) : eval()'d code on line 3
I suspect it's vB, but it's only started happening since I did some fixes in the last day or so to VW.

Line 1052 is newpost_notification_start. I had asked you to make changes to a plugin at that location a day or two ago, make sure that your updated plugin code is valid. Also check if you have any other plugins there that might be causing an issue. If you made the edit exactly as I posted it, you should not have had problems, but perhaps you pasted the change over too much code when you highlighted or something.

I did the code exactly as you put, and in fact, I've took the original code from the install file and pasted it back in, and will let you know if I get the error again (it could be a mistake on my part looking at it again).
