Issue: Hide Header on posts within a forum option

I like the idea of headers and have used them on a few forums and disabled them on a few others but I don't like the way that the header is placed on every thread/post within the forums that it is enabled for.

For instance: I have a forum where it shows basic instructions on the header on how to join my website and what to do after, but once a user has made a post within that forum the header is copied to that post so everyone has to scroll down past the same text on every post.

One idea would be to have an option for us to disable the header on posts within a forum, or another option would be to have the header automatically collapsed on posts so that users can expand it if they want, but other users don't have to see it if they don't want to.

I hope this makes sense.
