Unused Book Bit Template

A template in the product file is never used.

The vault_special_bookbit template was replaced with vault_book_formbit in 2.0.0 Beta 3, but the former still exists. It is not used anywhere by VaultWiki and it's just taking up database space.

Fixed. Template vault_special_bookbit is now deleted from all future versions.
