Wiki Meta Description - truncates character V

Text in the meta description is stripped from any occurrences of the letter 'v'

I'm seeing a very weird error in my install of VaultWiki 3.0.0 RC2 with the meta description for a namespace wiki. Any text inserted in the meta description input box is stripped from any occurrence of the letter v.

PS Would it be possible to have the meta description input as a textarea instead of a single line text input?

This issue is now closed because we have taken the first post suggestion to change the input to a textarea.
