      Sounds good to me. Promote to forum main page or to wiki tab replacement? I think completely replacing the wiki tab should be something best left as an admin setting. But perhaps promoting articles to be the main page for that forum could be a feature for users who can_moderate($forumid).

      This should be unnecessary in VaultWiki 4, because there is a built-in capability to create/edit the front page of each area.
