[HR] tag is missing

The [HR] tag is not in the tag list.

There is currently a reference to an [hr]...[/hr] tag in vB_WikiCodeParser_Legacy where it converts the MediaWiki syntax ---- to a BB-Code. However, this BB-Code tag is not actually ever in the normal (or special) tag list, so the MediaWiki syntax fails to parse anyway.

Tag added. But seeing as this is only here for backwards-compatibility, and I cannot see any reason to use this tag regularly, there will not be a button supplied for it.
