Forum Breadcrumb Doesn't Display Custom Translated Namespace

The Navigation Breadcrumb in Forum view doesn't use the translated phrase for a custom namespace.

It does use it when showing the forum in the forumdisplay or index view, but not in the breadcrumbs.

Fixed for the next build (RC 3 at this point). The breadcrumb was worked except when it was the last element. Also, the translated namespace was not used for the title of its header, nor in the navbar links.
