      When comparing two revisions, on the resulting page the lefthand version displays autolinks correctly, the right hand one does not.

      Again, I will need a link to such a revision comparison in order to see the exact problem.

      Okay this was actually a bigger bug than we were led to believe. What happens is before recursive parsing, we store all vars in a storage var. When it comes to the $vault it creates a reference to the specific instance, so even if we attempt to restore it after parsing, it's as if the stored version went through the parser as well.

      I have written a new storage method, but it will take me a few minutes to update every location.

      In addition this was caused by the move of the compare page to the Article tab, which broke some other things in Comparison as well. Seems all fixed now.
