Button Images Missing from AdminCP

When viewing the default Custom BB Code Manager, normally the BB-Code icons are displayed next to them if they are set. If I modify the wiki editor button stylevar from the default value (even if the images are in the new location), they are not displayed on this page. This issue only presents under vBulletin 4.

Fixed for the next build.
