Raw NOEDIT after Edit

After performing an AJAX section edit, if a TABLE or TEMPLATE tag is used, the internal NOEDIT flag is displayed in the newly edited post.

Fixed for the next build. This occurred because the $tag_list is static and was already built during the edit save action as a limited list for caching efficiency. To fix, a showwiki-first-post forces the list to rebuild before parsing.
