Issue: JavaScript Group Options

One flaw with the current Group pages system is that the start-page check box always shows, allowing the user to think they can change it for groups they can't edit. The purpose of the "(Can Edit)" next to certain options was intended to make this somewhat easier, but it would be much better if the box was only shown when the selected group can be edited (add/remove it via Javascript, keeping track of the value for each group, should the user switch back before saving).
