Missing Image when editing in IE

When editing an article in Internet Explorer there is a missing image in the Additional Options: section, it is looking for: collapse-40b.png but the correct image should be collapse_40b.png

This image does not appear in Firefox (which is why I've never noticed it before)

This happens on this website and on my own.

Fixed for the next build. Collapse images should be used minimally until vBulletin makes their CSS more reusable, so it has been removed from the editor.
