      Multidomain URLs and WOL Conflict
The multidomain URLs are not processed for WOL.

Here's another obscure one, thanks to the Multi-domain capability in $vault->urlgenerate().

      • If you are viewing Who's Online or a user's profile on a domain different than the one they are on, AND
      • they are viewing an article with a different file name or title variable for that domain than on your domain

They will appear to be in an "Unknown Location." In order to fix this problem, it would appear that we need to make a urldegenerate() method or something along those lines, since we have eliminated the Multi-domain map. Or we can reinstitute a cleaner version of the Multi-Domain Map. This would probably make multi-domain management a bit easier, and we could probably eliminate the hook as well.

Multidomain + Clean URLs + WOL needs a lot of workarounds. We have to work on this anyway, because I'm not even sure default WOL had been working correctly anymore. Not reported because I started working on this (and thus broke it even more) before seeing if it was working in the first place. Either way, this requires a complete rewrite of the WOL handling (a total of 6 plugins, not just at the usual online_location_xxx hooks). We are currently undertaking this.

We also partially rewrote multidomain handling elsewhere. The vault_multidomain_urls hook has been removed and instead replaced with a parsing of the $vault->misc['multidomainurls'] object. Using this as a domain map enabled the additional of new features, including forwarding if the correct domain is not visited when viewing certain namespaces. Because the map is an(other) "advanced" feature, it is only accessible via vBulletin's plugin system.

Did some further rewriting of $vault->urlgenerate() to add $urlinfo['urlhost'] to the output. Also made use of namespace Display Names here and made some more specific WOL actions. Added some hooks here for hooking new tabs into the existing plugin (nested plugins ftw)!

      Looks fixed on my end.
