Whole Forum Gone Blank

When installing or upgrading to VaultWiki 3 - and VaultWiki is only the Standard package, then VaultWiki's templates completely overwrites vBulletin's templates. This means the whole site goes blank.

Fixed in the current (Beta 6) ZIP.
