special_functions_link.php?

I can't find any place that actually calls this file or its functions - which is odd, considering it should have been throwing database errors. I've commented out the file contents for now to attempt throwing fatal errors. If I don't see any after a few weeks, this file should get removed.

No errors after a busy week. Removed for the next build. This may have been a support file for the old auto-link system (before a 2.5.x rewrite).
