Namespaces Not Translated on WikiCodeList

In the explanations of Wiki Link BB-Codes, it mentions the title of the namespace they correspond to. However, the title mentioned does not reflect the translation for the currently selected language - it uses the MASTER LANGUAGE version.

Fixed for the next build.
