Meta Data in URL Conflicts

When trying to decide which URL conflicts to delete, this becomes very difficult when we know that only one of the versions is in a book, is a book with chapters, or has translations. This information should be displayed next to the version so we don't lose this information by deleting the wrong conflict.

Added for the next build. Several hooks have also been added so that custom data can be included as well.
