Issue: Some wiki code buttons not showing in editor toolbar

For some reason, only three Wiki buttons are showing in the advanced editor in the non-wiki forums: Special, Comment and H tags.
I went to the code manager and disabled all but one buttons in the non-wiki forums (left only the "wiki" code). But it's still missing from the editor bar - it doesn't have any Wiki buttons at all now.

At the same time, Wiki editor is missing half of the buttons it's supposed to have, too, including the "wiki" button. It has: "special", "redirect", "comment", "h", "footnote", "reflist", "table". All other Wiki buttons are missing, though they are supposed to be showing in the toolbar, according to the settings.
