Issue: Custom Wiki Tab Home Page

Added for the next build. Only URLs that resolve to another wiki page are acceptable. Other URLs will throw an error.

The existing home page URL will be used instead of the custom URL, but it will show the wiki page at the custom URL.

For example, the "home page URL" here is http://www.vaultwiki.org/demo/
Entering http://www.vaultwiki.org/demo/Main-Page for the custom URL will not change the URL itself, but the page at http://www.vaultwiki.org/demo/Main-Page will now instead appear at http://www.vaultwiki.org/demo/

If that makes sense. The actual custom URL will 301 redirect to the home page URL to avoid content duplication.

If you don't want to completely replace the Wiki Home Page with your own, but just wanted to hide it by changing the URL of the Wiki tab, you can do that by modifying the template vault_general_links.
