RC3: timeout on posting new article

Just tried to post my first new article after upgrade. After a long pause -
      Code:
Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home/onlinecl/public_html/friends/vault/special_plugins.php on line 402
Maybe some changes that made RC2 compatible with php4 have been undone on the new version?

Update with more details... I can post the beginning of an article; the problem only seems to come up with a full-length one. And it applies to viewing as well as editing: no articles are viewable at all.

The last time this occurred on your install was because of the way stripos() was defined (this function did not exist in PHP4). In RC3, we changed this function to use one created by Jelsoft, so if this is the problem area, then it is a vBulletin Bug. However, my FTP connection has been flaky all day, so I cannot look into this right now.

Fixed. An argument was missing thanks to a copy & paste mishap.
