URL Replacements for Language?

URL Replacements have not been updated for Multi-Language wikis. Pages written in the non-original language will not have any replacements applied.

Fixed for the next build, sort of. While Multi-Language Replacement Tools have not been added, languages without their own rulesets will gracefully degrade to the factory value.
