Support for H7

As far as I know there is no HTML tag H7 (it stops at H6). Still, VaultWiki supports 7= MediaWiki headlines, and NuWiki's H7 tag. This results in invalid, broken HTML.

Fixed for the next build. Support for NuWiki's H7 has been removed. Options in the H tag that exceed 6 will be considered 6.
