Piplineto create table

I was wondering if it was possible to use the pipeline character | to make tables just like mediawiki uses it. Like this

That would result in http://www.wowwiki.com/Sindragosa_%2...29#Normal_mode

Because most wikis uses this format it would be easier for copying stuff of other wiki's

This issue note was made as an issue.

Yes we have adopted this format for VaultWiki because of the ease of copying from other wikis. Keep in mind that the opening and closing {| and |} have been replaced by the tag TABLE.

Well it does have a problem when using it

When i use that code i get not the result i expect to get i would expect like so

Code:

Health      25 man raid     10 man raid
                  34,900,00        9,760,00

But i get the following:

Code:

                                                                                                                        25 man         10 man
Health                                                                                                                raid               raid
                                                                                                                     34,900,000     9,760,00

The 25 and 10 man are at the far right and Health to the far left

It works the same as other wiki tables. The only difference is if you are using classes, you need to register them in vault/special_class_table.php using the hook there. Until you do this, most values of the class parameter will be ignored.

Also keep in mind that using a table under vBulletin 4 may inherit some rules you don't like, and because of current issues with vB, they may not render as expected in some browsers.

Well even when i leave the class out of it it does not render as expected atm.

Thanks, it appears they changed the CSS for tcat, thead, etc in vBulletin 4. See: http://www.vaultwiki.org/issues/1132/

Why do i hare vBulletin atm so much they changed to much of the core.
