tab_id Is Not Valid Attribute

There must be another way than adding the tab_id attribute.

Currently the AJAX tabs use a custom attribute for the Javascript to identify which tab is which. Unfortunately the "tab_id" attribute is not valid XHTML Transitional for the <li> element.

Had to change a large portion of vault_wikitabs.js again, but this has been fixed.
