Header create

When i do a header create with VaultWiki 3.0.0 Beta 4 i get a database error namely this one:

Also did beta 4 not come with a addon importer.

You are receiving that error because as far as I can tell, you have not upgraded your database to Beta 4, only your files. You still need to run /vault/install/upgrade.php. Not sure what you mean about the addon importer. All the premium addons are merged into the main product's files. Import was already handled by Beta 1's upgrade process, which I don't think you needed.
