Double Verification Corrupt Revisions

Each revision's pagetext is verified twice:

Set the pagetext and verified / cleaned.
Pre-checking data, compress the pagetext and re-set, verifying / cleaning.

Cleaning the pagetext AFTER compressing it can theoretically make the compression invalid and the text impossible to inflate again.

Fixed for the next build.
