Default:Search page?

I'm not exactly sure what conditions need to be true for this to occur - maybe when the global state check is skipped, but basically a pre-generated $threadinfo URL will prevent the Special:Search home page from appearing and redirect to a page like "Default:Search".

Fixed for the next build by clearing $threadinfo before URL generation when the NOID error was thrown.
