Articles Disappear Moving Namespace to Child

If I change the Top-Level forum of a namespace to a child forum of the namespace. Child forums of the new Top-Level become non-wiki and the articles are regular forum threads.

Fixed for the next build. The namespace move handler still thought namespaces could only be forums with parentid -1.
