Spaces Not Preserved on Article Preview

When creating a new article, spaces are saved as spaces when saved. However, if you click the "Preview Article" button first, the Title field gets its spaces converted to encoded characters. If you don't notice (or don't have title edit permissions), the encoded version will be saved.
