Forum Home/Display JS Error

When viewing pages that don't contain posts, such as forum home and forum display pages, a Javascript error that "VAULT_40X_COMPAT" is not defined occurs.

Fixed for the next build. The autolinks JS should only be included in pages that contain post content.
