Issue: History Caption Pushes Items Down

The right-floated description on the History tab that explains how to use the list limits the width of the list itself. This causes the alignment of many of the divs to clear onto a new line rather than their intended positioning.

The description in question merely expands on what is said in the first paragraph and could be removed to simply the list's code.

Fixed for the next build.
