Wiki Links Not Valid XHTML

The targetid attribute does not exist.

The targetid attribute used to properly associate wiki links with preview popups is not a standard attribute for hyperlinks and causes pages using wiki linking BB-Codes to fail XHTML validation.

Had to rewrite a portion of special_autolink.js, but this was fixed by doing some parsing of the link's id value.
