UTF-8 Support
In the past, non-ASCII or non-A-Z characters in titles would require URL Replacements to be used. However, this causes problems for dramatically different character sets - such as Japanese characters, where there are thousands of characters for individual words, and forcing them to use an English character set.
In the next build, support has been added for UTF-8 encoded characters. If your forum's language settings reflect this, VaultWiki URLs will allow your language's characters. Only non-word special characters (punctuation, currency, etc), will be removed.
This change should allow you to limit your URL Replacements use to phrases (such as '+' -> 'Plus').
