The referrer has also triggered at /account/account-details, as well as /thread/fooo.id/page-2/, so I'm guessing it can trigger a little bit anywhere..

Yep, now I also got one triggered from /admin.php?logs/server-errors/

Fixed in the next release. This error occurred in a deferred delete of attachment data, due to debug code that should not have made it into a public release.

Once each deferred task has been attempted once, it will be suspended in queue until the next upgrade. The errors should stop appearing once all the tasks have been suspended. In the mean time, you can make sure future tasks proceed as expected by editing src/addons/vw/vw/_core/controller/dm/attach/edit/vw.php. Find and remove:
