Hashbang/"Jump to" not working properly

When someone uses FOOTNOTES, clicking the numbering only highlights the item in the reference list, but the page doesn't jump to the source...
- It should probably also jump to the source?

In the Special:WikiCodeList page: When clicking an item in the TOC, it doesn't jump to the sections

In my tests on your site, I do not see the problem you describe.

Using the Boromir page, clicking any FOOTNOTE [number] jumps to the item in the reference list and highlights it. Clicking the arrow in the reference list jumps back to the [number].

For Special:WikiCodeList, clicking various items in the TOC does jump to the corresponding section.

Interesting, Firefox works fine, but not on chrome..

Trying on mobile Android/Chrome also works fine... Maybe some extension is messing up things for me...?
