Navigating pages in an area broken

Noting that I haven't rolled out any of the fixes provided today, users cannot navigate past the first page of content in an area.

Fixed in the next build. In src/addons/vw/vw/Handler/Link/AbstractLink.php, find:

				\vw_Hard_Core::model('URL')->add_params($urlinfo['url'], $flat);
