Issue: Wiki tags dis[play issues

I'm having trouble finding many wiki pages on your site that even have tags, and don't see any with wrong tags. If you could provide some examples, it could be helpful. Otherwise, I don't see any reason that the tags could become incorrect.

Although in that one the tags were also not correct on the 'edit tags', and you still had to make changes for it to be correct.

You also had an issue in the past where you could only save 1 tag at a time per page: https://www.vaultwiki.org/issues/6069/
Presumably this issue only lasted a few minutes or hours.

You can clear all cached tags for all pages, but this will permanently increase queries until you edit those pages' tags again. This assumes the tags you see on 'edit tags' are already correct. To do so, try the following MySQL:
Even considering the above-linked reports, there is no known way that vw_page.tagcache would become desynchronized with the tags that are actually on the page. If you know what actions you performed that resulted in desynchronized tags, please provide those reproduction steps.
