This looks like a task from a previous version that failed at some time in the past. After every upgrade completes successfully, previously failed tasks are retried in case the problem was fixed in the new version. This is normal behavior. Each task is retried once and if there's still a problem (like this error) you won't see it again until you try to upgrade to a newer version again.
It is nearly impossible to tell by the error message the details of the specific task, since that information is stored in the database. But probably this task was created in a prior version when some database fields had different names. Unfortunately it would be impossible to ever run this task, no matter how many times it is retried. So the best solution would be to delete any tasks which you currently have on "hold".
Run the following MySQL query, to prevent yourself from seeing this error every time you upgrade:
Code:
DELETE FROM xf_vw_defer
WHERE hold > 0
As mentioned, your upgrade was already successful if you got this far. Just the old task is unrecoverable.
