This does not appear to be a new bug. For example, it is the expected damage from a previous bug you experienced:
https://www.vaultwiki.org/issues/6168/#issuenote_33993
The contributors that are listed in content lists are a rolling cached version of the contributors that might appear on the page view. While we can dedicate a query to it when viewing an individual page, that would be performance prohibitive in a content list. Using a cache-based approach significantly improves the number of queries that would be required to fetch contributors for each content-row individually. The cache is generated
as contributions occur, and is stored on a counters field.
Due to that bug you encountered, several of your wiki pages have no counters records at all (that is the same reason why they appear out of order or don't have stats). For those, this will continue to be the case until they are repaired by the next upgrade. Once they are repaired, new edits will start logging contributors that will appear in the content list.
Some of the affected pages
do have counters records now, like the one you linked in PM, but they were last edited a long time ago, which might be before fixes for other similar bugs were applied to your installation. Specifically, a number of them appear to have been edited April 22, 2019, which might be a clue. Again, it takes new edits to add a contributor in the content list. Since more recent edits appear to have been consistently updating contributor caches, any underlying bug is likely resolved by now.
