Issue: Category gone after creation

Category gone after creation

I created a new category. After creation I was forwarded to the wiki index. So I checked XF's recent activity to find the new category. When I click on it I am back to the wiki index.
What happened here and how do I fix it?
Is this a bug or a user error?
