[4.1.1] vw-editor-prefix-title CSS interferes with inputGroup's consistent height.
When editing a wiki page, there is a trivial styling quirk with the element height in the title row. VaultWiki applies additional CSS to the element .vw-editor-prefix-title which is also an .inputGroup. One of XenForo 2.x's inputGroup properties is align-items: stretch, however VaultWiki changes this to align-items: center. This causes the prefix span element to have a smaller height than the adjacent text input when there is only one possible prefix choice.
Removing the align-items property applied to the .vw-editor-prefix-title selector resolves the problem.
