Having trouble reproducing this on our demo, on your site, or your test site. Are you seeing this with any particular pages? Any error message in the browser console?

This is also happening to me. When I use the wiki bbcode, the article title shows up in a tooltip on hover, but no article preview.

The preview shows content from the first section of the article, and only the first 252 characters of that. That means if the article contains any H= tags, it uses the text before the first one. If there is no text before it, there will be no tooltip text. There are currently some requests to allow other sources of preview text, but no decisions have been made on that.

Also if the first 252 characters ends in a place where it's not possible to make sense of those 252 (like a URL that's really long), then the current behavior is undefined; this will be resolved in the next release as discussed in this other report: https://www.vaultwiki.org/issues/6189/
