Issue: open_basedir restriction when trying to duplicate site with different database

Is there a way to work around this open_basedir error when I try to duplicate my original site running vw?
I simply duplicated the site files and then created a new database and transferred all data from the original database. So I can have a demo site running on the same server locally.

Seems like everything's working except for vw.
