Wrong link in recent changes widget

Hi,
after changing pages, links are broken:
See it here: https://regio-portal.wiki/wiki/Stadtwiki_Geislingen

It links to a site that not exists...

Edit: This behaviour is only in german language - english language the widget shows the correct links...

It looks like you need to update the phrase translations for your language. At every release, we publish a list of phrases that need to be updated:
- 4.0.x: https://www.vaultwiki.org/pages/Book...tween-Releases
- 4.1.x: https://www.vaultwiki.org/pages/Book...n-Releases-4-1

This will help you determine if you need to update your translations.

We don't provide German language translations with VaultWiki. Those were done by yourself or a third-party. You will need to check the phrase-changes list between the version you last translated and the current version and determine what you need to update. You already found a few. If it was done by a third-party, you should check with them for a translation update.

Generally, translations made for 4.0.x versions are missing a lot of changes if used in 4.1.x.
