1) This can be tricky when the TABLE has a style attribute with certain values or a class with those values. In the next release, we address this issue with a wrapper div that copies any float or absolute position applied to the table element's style attribute. If these are added by a class, they must also be explicitly added to the table in order to continue working properly after it's wrapped by the div. If there are other problematic cases, we can address them in a future release.
2) This was a bug. The table element was using the wrong data-trigger name.
