Issue: Missing phrase: vw_defer (install/upgrade), social groups in XF branch? vw_node_permissions_cangroup_title (analyze permissions)

Towards the end of an install or upgrade, a missing phrase vw_defer is shown briefly in the admin cp. The file vw\vw\Handler\Job\Defer.php references the missing vw_defer phrase. Installation and upgrading isn't affected but it just looks a bit odd.

In analyze permissions, "Wiki Category permissions" block: #!-- XEN:VWPHRASE vw_node_permissions_cangroup_title ARGS(Categories) --#. This is between "Can soft-delete Categories" and "Can put Categories in books". From looking at other phrases with "cangroup" in the title, this appears to refer to 'social groups'. "Wiki Page permissions" block also shows a social groups row, however the phrase for that one is shown. Are social groups intended for the XenForo branches of VaultWiki? When editing usergroup wiki permissions, this social group row is not shown (not for category, not for pages)
