[4.1 Beta 3] Tab-less watch link contains encoded "&" on anonymous pages

On anonymous pages, the tab-less watch button is written as follows:
wiki-anon/?id=<id>&do=watch

With the traditional tabbed display style, the URL is correct:
wiki-anon/?id=<id>&do=watch

Standard wiki pages, categories and templates are also correct in tab-less display style:
wiki/<pagename>?do=watch

Fixed in the next release. If the URL Format is set to &title=, then this occurs for all tab-less buttons that aren't in a drop-down menu. For other URL formats, it occurs for those buttons on anonymous pages only.
