[4.1 Beta 1] Mark read: 1) Undefined index: marktype at index.php?wiki-tools/&do=mark 2) Confirm prompt XF2 styling

1) ErrorException: [E_NOTICE] Undefined index: marktype in src/addons/vw/vw/_core/view/ui/tools/mark/vw.php at line 34

This occurs when clicking the "Mark areas read" sub-navigation link or the "Mark read" button in the buttongroup above "Pages in (area)" block (does not occur from the wiki index).

2) Small styling tweak to fix the double border. In template vw_node_markread, <xf:submitrow> should be a sibling of div.block-body. Currently, this row is nested inside of div.block-body.
