Issue: [4.1 Alpha 2] Style/phrase tweaks for Special:RecentChanges menus

On Special:RecentChanges (and possibly other areas of the wiki):

1) There is a "Filters" menu at the top right of the content area. To match stock XenForo 2.x presentation, I suggest changing the form button text from "Go" to "Filter", and also add the CSS class "button--primary".

I also suggest a phrase tweak for "Exclude changes made by me" to "Exclude changes made by you" , to match XF2's "Your content" , "Your threads", etc.

2) For each recent change there is a cog button (vw-history-controls). The associated menu includes the css class "menu--wide" when the menu contents does not warrant this wider menu width. I suggest changing the applied CSS classes from "menu menu--wide menu--right" to "menu menu--right".
